사무엘하 7 장.

삼하7:1 여호와께서 주위의 모든 원수를 무찌르사 왕으로 궁에 평안히 살게 하신 때에

삼하7:2 왕이 선지자 나단에게 이르되 볼지어다 나는 백향목 궁에 살거늘 하나님의 궤는 휘장 가운데에 있도다

삼하7:3 나단이 왕께 아뢰되 여호와께서 왕과 함께 계시니 마음에 있는 모든 것을 행하소서 하니라

삼하7:4 그 밤에 여호와의 말씀이 나단에게 임하여 이르시되

삼하7:5 가서 내 종 다윗에게 말하기를 여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 네가 나를 위하여 내가 살 집을 건축하겠느냐

삼하7:6 내가 이스라엘 자손을 애굽에서 인도하여 내던 날부터 오늘까지 집에 살지 아니하고 장막과 성막 안에서 다녔나니

삼하7:7 이스라엘 자손과 더불어 다니는 모든 곳에서 내가 내 백성 이스라엘을 먹이라고 명령한 이스라엘 어느 지파들 가운데 하나에게 내가 말하기를 너희가 어찌하여 나를 위하여 백향목 집을 건축하지 아니하였느냐고 말하였느냐

삼하7:8 그러므로 이제 내 종 다윗에게 이와 같이 말하라 만군의 여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시기를 내가 너를 목장 곧 양을 따르는 데에서 데려다가 내 백성 이스라엘의 주권자로 삼고

삼하7:9 네가 가는 모든 곳에서 내가 너와 함께 있어 네 모든 원수를 네 앞에서 멸하였은즉 땅에서 위대한 자들의 이름 같이 네 이름을 위대하게 만들어 주리라

삼하7:10 내가 또 내 백성 이스라엘을 위하여 한 곳을 정하여 그를 심고 그를 거주하게 하고 다시 옮기지 못하게 하며 악한 종류로 전과 같이 그들을 해하지 못하게 하여

삼하7:11 전에 내가 사사에게 명령하여 내 백성 이스라엘을 다스리던 때와 같지 아니하게 하고 너를 모든 원수에게서 벗어나 편히 쉬게 하리라 여호와가 또 네게 이르노니 여호와가 너를 위하여 집을 짓고

삼하7:12 네 수한이 차서 네 조상들과 함께 누울 때에 내가 네 몸에서 날 네 씨를 네 뒤에 세워 그의 나라를 견고하게 하리라

삼하7:13 그는 내 이름을 위하여 집을 건축할 것이요 나는 그의 나라 왕위를 영원히 견고하게 하리라

삼하7:14 나는 그에게 아버지가 되고 그는 내게 아들이 되리니 그가 만일 죄를 범하면 내가 사람의 매와 인생의 채찍으로 징계하려니와

삼하7:15 내가 네 앞에서 물러나게 한 사울에게서 내 은총을 빼앗은 것처럼 그에게서 빼앗지는 아니하리라

삼하7:16 네 집과 네 나라가 내 앞에서 영원히 보전되고 네 왕위가 영원히 견고하리라 하셨다 하라

삼하7:17 나단이 이 모든 말씀들과 이 모든 계시대로 다윗에게 말하니라

삼하7:18 다윗 왕이 여호와 앞에 들어가 앉아서 이르되 주 여호와여 나는 누구이오며 내 집은 무엇이기에 나를 여기까지 이르게 하셨나이까

삼하7:19 주 여호와여 주께서 이것을 오히려 적게 여기시고 또 종의 집에 있을 먼 장래의 일까지도 말씀하셨나이다 주 여호와여 이것이 사람의 법이니이다

삼하7:20 주 여호와는 주의 종을 아시오니 다윗이 다시 주께 무슨 말씀을 하오리이까

삼하7:21 주의 말씀으로 말미암아 주의 뜻대로 이 모든 큰 일을 행하사 주의 종에게 알게 하셨나이다

삼하7:22 그런즉 주 여호와여 이러므로 주는 위대하시니 이는 우리 귀로 들은 대로는 주와 같은 이가 없고 주 외에는 신이 없음이니이다

삼하7:23 땅의 어느 한 나라가 주의 백성 이스라엘과 같으리이까 하나님이 가서 구속하사 자기 백성으로 삼아 주의 명성을 내시며 그들을 위하여 큰 일을, 주의 땅을 위하여 두려운 일을 애굽과 많은 나라들과 그의 신들에게서 구속하신 백성 앞에서 행하셨사오며

삼하7:24 주께서 주의 백성 이스라엘을 세우사 영원히 주의 백성으로 삼으셨사오니 여호와여 주께서 그들의 하나님이 되셨나이다

삼하7:25 여호와 하나님이여 이제 주의 종과 종의 집에 대하여 말씀하신 것을 영원히 세우셨사오며 말씀하신 대로 행하사

삼하7:26 사람이 영원히 주의 이름을 크게 높여 이르기를 만군의 여호와는 이스라엘의 하나님이라 하게 하옵시며 주의 종 다윗의 집이 주 앞에 견고하게 하옵소서

삼하7:27 만군의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이여 주의 종의 귀를 여시고 이르시기를 내가 너를 위하여 집을 세우리라 하셨으므로 주의 종이 이 기도로 주께 간구할 마음이 생겼나이다

삼하7:28 주 여호와여 오직 주는 하나님이시며 주의 말씀들이 참되시니이다 주께서 이 좋은 것을 주의 종에게 말씀하셨사오니

삼하7:29 이제 청하건대 종의 집에 복을 주사 주 앞에 영원히 있게 하옵소서 주 여호와께서 말씀하셨사오니 주의 종의 집이 영원히 복을 받게 하옵소서 하니라

고린도후서 1 장.

고후1:1 하나님의 뜻으로 말미암아 그리스도 예수의 사도 된 바울과 형제 디모데는 고린도에 있는 하나님의 교회와 또 온 아가야에 있는 모든 성도에게

고후1:2 하나님 우리 아버지와 주 예수 그리스도로부터 은혜와 평강이 있기를 원하노라

고후1:3 찬송하리로다 그는 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 하나님이시요 자비의 아버지시요 모든 위로의 하나님이시며

고후1:4 우리의 모든 환난 중에서 우리를 위로하사 우리로 하여금 하나님께 받는 위로로써 모든 환난 중에 있는 자들을 능히 위로하게 하시는 이시로다

고후1:5 그리스도의 고난이 우리에게 넘친 것 같이 우리가 받는 위로도 그리스도로 말미암아 넘치는도다

고후1:6 우리가 환난 당하는 것도 너희가 위로와 구원을 받게 하려는 것이요 우리가 위로를 받는 것도 너희가 위로를 받게 하려는 것이니 이 위로가 너희 속에 역사하여 우리가 받는 것 같은 고난을 너희도 견디게 하느니라

고후1:7 너희를 위한 우리의 소망이 견고함은 너희가 고난에 참여하는 자가 된 것 같이 위로에도 그러할 줄을 앎이라

고후1:8 형제들아 우리가 아시아에서 당한 환난을 너희가 모르기를 원하지 아니하노니 힘에 겹도록 심한 고생을 당하여 살 소망까지 끊어지고

고후1:9 우리는 우리 자신이 사형 선고를 받은 줄 알았으니 이는 우리로 자기를 의지하지 말고 오직 죽은 자를 다시 살리시는 하나님만 의지하게 하심이라

고후1:10 그가 이같이 큰 사망에서 우리를 건지셨고 또 건지실 것이며 이후에도 건지시기를 그에게 바라노라

고후1:11 너희도 우리를 위하여 간구함으로 도우라 이는 우리가 많은 사람의 기도로 얻은 은사로 말미암아 많은 사람이 우리를 위하여 감사하게 하려 함이라

고후1:12 우리가 세상에서 특별히 너희에 대하여 하나님의 거룩함과 진실함으로 행하되 육체의 지혜로 하지 아니하고 하나님의 은혜로 행함은 우리 양심이 증언하는 바니 이것이 우리의 자랑이라

고후1:13 오직 너희가 읽고 아는 것 외에 우리가 다른 것을 쓰지 아니하노니 너희가 완전히 알기를 내가 바라는 것은

고후1:14 너희가 우리를 부분적으로 알았으나 우리 주 예수의 날에는 너희가 우리의 자랑이 되고 우리가 너희의 자랑이 되는 그것이라

고후1:15 내가 이 확신을 가지고 너희로 두 번 은혜를 얻게 하기 위하여 먼저 너희에게 이르렀다가

고후1:16 너희를 지나 마게도냐로 갔다가 다시 마게도냐에서 너희에게 가서 너희의 도움으로 유대로 가기를 계획하였으니

고후1:17 이렇게 계획할 때에 어찌 경솔히 하였으리요 혹 계획하기를 육체를 따라 계획하여 예 예 하면서 아니라 아니라 하는 일이 내게 있겠느냐

고후1:18 하나님은 미쁘시니라 우리가 너희에게 한 말은 예 하고 아니라 함이 없노라

고후1:19 우리 곧 나와 실루아노와 디모데로 말미암아 너희 가운데 전파된 하나님의 아들 예수 그리스도는 예 하고 아니라 함이 되지 아니하셨으니 그에게는 예만 되었느니라

고후1:20 하나님의 약속은 얼마든지 그리스도 안에서 예가 되니 그런즉 그로 말미암아 우리가 아멘 하여 하나님께 영광을 돌리게 되느니라

고후1:21 우리를 너희와 함께 그리스도 안에서 굳건하게 하시고 우리에게 기름을 부으신 이는 하나님이시니

고후1:22 그가 또한 우리에게 인치시고 보증으로 우리 마음에 성령을 주셨느니라

고후1:23 내가 내 목숨을 걸고 하나님을 불러 증언하시게 하노니 내가 다시 고린도에 가지 아니한 것은 너희를 아끼려 함이라

고후1:24 우리가 너희 믿음을 주관하려는 것이 아니요 오직 너희 기쁨을 돕는 자가 되려 함이니 이는 너희가 믿음에 섰음이라

에스겔 15 장.

겔15:1 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르시되

겔15:2 인자야 포도나무가 모든 나무보다 나은 것이 무엇이랴 숲 속의 여러 나무 가운데에 있는 그 포도나무 가지가 나은 것이 무엇이랴

겔15:3 그 나무를 가지고 무엇을 제조할 수 있겠느냐 그것으로 무슨 그릇을 걸 못을 만들 수 있겠느냐

겔15:4 불에 던질 땔감이 될 뿐이라 불이 그 두 끝을 사르고 그 가운데도 태웠으면 제조에 무슨 소용이 있겠느냐

겔15:5 그것이 온전할 때에도 아무 제조에 합당하지 아니하였거든 하물며 불에 살라지고 탄 후에 어찌 제조에 합당하겠느냐

겔15:6 그러므로 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라 내가 수풀 가운데에 있는 포도나무를 불에 던질 땔감이 되게 한 것 같이 내가 예루살렘 주민도 그같이 할지라

겔15:7 내가 그들을 대적한즉 그들이 그 불에서 나와도 불이 그들을 사르리니 내가 그들을 대적할 때에 내가 여호와인 줄 너희가 알리라

겔15:8 내가 그 땅을 황폐하게 하리니 이는 그들이 범법함이니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 하시니라

시편 56 장.

시56:1 하나님이여 내게 은혜를 베푸소서 사람이 나를 삼키려고 종일 치며 압제하나이다

시56:2 내 원수가 종일 나를 삼키려 하며 나를 교만하게 치는 자들이 많사오니

시56:3 내가 두려워하는 날에는 내가 주를 의지하리이다

시56:4 내가 하나님을 의지하고 그 말씀을 찬송하올지라 내가 하나님을 의지하였은즉 두려워하지 아니하리니 혈육을 가진 사람이 내게 어찌하리이까

시56:5 그들이 종일 내 말을 곡해하며 나를 치는 그들의 모든 생각은 사악이라

시56:6 그들이 내 생명을 엿보았던 것과 같이 또 모여 숨어 내 발자취를 지켜보나이다

시56:7 그들이 악을 행하고야 안전하오리이까 하나님이여 분노하사 뭇 백성을 낮추소서

시56:8 나의 유리함을 주께서 계수하셨사오니 나의 눈물을 주의 병에 담으소서 이것이 주의 책에 기록되지 아니하였나이까

시56:9 내가 아뢰는 날에 내 원수들이 물러가리니 이것으로 하나님이 내 편이심을 내가 아나이다

시56:10 내가 하나님을 의지하여 그의 말씀을 찬송하며 여호와를 의지하여 그의 말씀을 찬송하리이다

시56:11 내가 하나님을 의지하였은즉 두려워하지 아니하리니 사람이 내게 어찌하리이까

시56:12 하나님이여 내가 주께 서원함이 있사온즉 내가 감사제를 주께 드리리니

시56:13 주께서 내 생명을 사망에서 건지셨음이라 주께서 나로 하나님 앞, 생명의 빛에 다니게 하시려고 실족하지 아니하게 하지 아니하셨나이까

시편 57 장.

시57:1 날개 그늘 아래에서 내 영혼이 주께로 피하되 주의 날개 그늘 아래에서 이 재앙들이 지나기까지 피하리이다

시57:2 내가 지존하신 하나님께 부르짖음이여 곧 나를 위하여 모든 것을 이루시는 하나님께로다

시57:3 그가 하늘에서 보내사 나를 삼키려는 자의 비방에서 나를 구원하실지라 (셀라) 하나님이 그의 인자와 진리를 보내시리로다

시57:4 내 영혼이 사자들 가운데에서 살며 내가 불사르는 자들 중에 누웠으니 곧 사람의 아들들 중에라 그들의 이는 창과 화살이요 그들의 혀는 날카로운 칼 같도다

시57:5 하나님이여 주는 하늘 위에 높이 들리시며 주의 영광이 온 세계 위에 높아지기를 원하나이다

시57:6 그들이 내 걸음을 막으려고 그물을 준비하였으니 내 영혼이 억울하도다 그들이 내 앞에 웅덩이를 팠으나 자기들이 그 중에 빠졌도다 (셀라)

시57:7 하나님이여 내 마음이 확정되었고 내 마음이 확정되었사오니 내가 노래하고 내가 찬송하리이다

시57:8 내 영광아 깰지어다 비파야, 수금아, 깰지어다 내가 새벽을 깨우리로다

시57:9 주여 내가 만민 중에서 주께 감사하오며 뭇 나라 중에서 주를 찬송하리이다

시57:10 무릇 주의 인자는 커서 하늘에 미치고 주의 진리는 궁창에 이르나이다

시57:11 하나님이여 주는 하늘 위에 높이 들리시며 주의 영광이 온 세계 위에 높아지기를 원하나이다

2 Samuel 7.

7:1 After the king was settled in his palace and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies around him,

7:2 he said to Nathan the prophet, "Here I am, living in a palace of cedar, while the ark of God remains in a tent."

7:3 Nathan replied to the king, "Whatever you have in mind, go ahead and do it, for the LORD is with you."

7:4 That night the word of the LORD came to Nathan, saying:

7:5 "Go and tell my servant David, 'This is what the LORD says: Are you the one to build me a house to dwell in?

7:6 I have not dwelt in a house from the day I brought the Israelites up out of Egypt to this day. I have been moving from place to place with a tent as my dwelling.

7:7 Wherever I have moved with all the Israelites, did I ever say to any of their rulers whom I commanded to shepherd my people Israel, "Why have you not built me a house of cedar?"'

7:8 "Now then, tell my servant David, 'This is what the LORD Almighty says: I took you from the pasture and from following the flock to be ruler over my people Israel.

7:9 I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name great, like the names of the greatest men of the earth.

7:10 And I will provide a place for my people Israel and will plant them so that they can have a home of their own and no longer be disturbed. Wicked people will not oppress them anymore, as they did at the beginning

7:11 and have done ever since the time I appointed leaders over my people Israel. I will also give you rest from all your enemies. "'The LORD declares to you that the LORD himself will establish a house for you:

7:12 When your days are over and you rest with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring to succeed you, who will come from your own body, and I will establish his kingdom.

7:13 He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.

7:14 I will be his father, and he will be my son. When he does wrong, I will punish him with the rod of men, with floggings inflicted by men.

7:15 But my love will never be taken away from him, as I took it away from Saul, whom I removed from before you.

7:16 Your house and your kingdom will endure forever before me; your throne will be established forever.'"

7:17 Nathan reported to David all the words of this entire revelation.

7:18 Then King David went in and sat before the LORD, and he said: "Who am I, O Sovereign LORD, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?

7:19 And as if this were not enough in your sight, O Sovereign LORD, you have also spoken about the future of the house of your servant. Is this your usual way of dealing with man, O Sovereign LORD?

7:20 "What more can David say to you? For you know your servant, O Sovereign LORD.

7:21 For the sake of your word and according to your will, you have done this great thing and made it known to your servant.

7:22 "How great you are, O Sovereign LORD! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears.

7:23 And who is like your people Israel--the one nation on earth that God went out to redeem as a people for himself, and to make a name for himself, and to perform great and awesome wonders by driving out nations and their gods from before your people, whom you redeemed from Egypt?

7:24 You have established your people Israel as your very own forever, and you, O LORD, have become their God.

7:25 "And now, LORD God, keep forever the promise you have made concerning your servant and his house. Do as you promised,

7:26 so that your name will be great forever. Then men will say, 'The LORD Almighty is God over Israel!' And the house of your servant David will be established before you.

7:27 "O LORD Almighty, God of Israel, you have revealed this to your servant, saying, 'I will build a house for you.' So your servant has found courage to offer you this prayer.

7:28 O Sovereign LORD, you are God! Your words are trustworthy, and you have promised these good things to your servant.

7:29 Now be pleased to bless the house of your servant, that it may continue forever in your sight; for you, O Sovereign LORD, have spoken, and with your blessing the house of your servant will be blessed forever."

2 Corinthians 1.

1:1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, To the church of God in Corinth, together with all the saints throughout Achaia:

1:2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort,

1:4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

1:5 For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.

1:6 If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer.

1:7 And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort.

1:8 We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life.

1:9 Indeed, in our hearts we felt the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead.

1:10 He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us,

1:11 as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many.

1:12 Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, in the holiness and sincerity that are from God. We have done so not according to worldly wisdom but according to God's grace.

1:13 For we do not write you anything you cannot read or understand. And I hope that,

1:14 as you have understood us in part, you will come to understand fully that you can boast of us just as we will boast of you in the day of the Lord Jesus.

1:15 Because I was confident of this, I planned to visit you first so that you might benefit twice.

1:16 I planned to visit you on my way to Macedonia and to come back to you from Macedonia, and then to have you send me on my way to Judea.

1:17 When I planned this, did I do it lightly? Or do I make my plans in a worldly manner so that in the same breath I say, "Yes, yes" and "No, no"?

1:18 But as surely as God is faithful, our message to you is not "Yes" and "No."

1:19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by me and Silas and Timothy, was not "Yes" and "No," but in him it has always been "Yes."

1:20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.

1:21 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us,

1:22 set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.

1:23 I call God as my witness that it was in order to spare you that I did not return to Corinth.

1:24 Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm.

Ezekiel 15.

15:1 The word of the LORD came to me:

15:2 "Son of man, how is the wood of a vine better than that of a branch on any of the trees in the forest?

15:3 Is wood ever taken from it to make anything useful? Do they make pegs from it to hang things on?

15:4 And after it is thrown on the fire as fuel and the fire burns both ends and chars the middle, is it then useful for anything?

15:5 If it was not useful for anything when it was whole, how much less can it be made into something useful when the fire has burned it and it is charred?

15:6 "Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: As I have given the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest as fuel for the fire, so will I treat the people living in Jerusalem.

15:7 I will set my face against them. Although they have come out of the fire, the fire will yet consume them. And when I set my face against them, you will know that I am the LORD.

15:8 I will make the land desolate because they have been unfaithful, declares the Sovereign LORD."

Psalms 56.

56:1 Be merciful to me, O God, for men hotly pursue me; all day long they press their attack.

56:2 My slanderers pursue me all day long; many are attacking me in their pride.

56:3 When I am afraid, I will trust in you.

56:4 In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?

56:5 All day long they twist my words; they are always plotting to harm me.

56:6 They conspire, they lurk, they watch my steps, eager to take my life.

56:7 On no account let them escape; in your anger, O God, bring down the nations.

56:8 Record my lament; list my tears on your scroll--are they not in your record?

56:9 Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help. By this I will know that God is for me.

56:10 In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise--

56:11 in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

56:12 I am under vows to you, O God; I will present my thank offerings to you.

56:13 For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.

Psalms 57.

57:1 Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in you my soul takes refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.

57:2 I cry out to God Most High, to God, who fulfills his purpose for me.

57:3 He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me; Selah God sends his love and his faithfulness.

57:4 I am in the midst of lions; I lie among ravenous beasts--men whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords.

57:5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.

57:6 They spread a net for my feet--I was bowed down in distress. They dug a pit in my path--but they have fallen into it themselves. Selah

57:7 My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music.

57:8 Awake, my soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.

57:9 I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples.

57:10 For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

57:11 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
